Wow! Excellent customer service and experience from a contractor. I contacted Silk Exteriors mid morning due to a leak in my master bedroom ceiling. The house is only 4 years old so this was not expected. My call was answered quickly and a technician was dispatched and on site by 3:00 the SAME DAY! He arrived promptly as expected and was courteous. After getting on the roof he quickly identified the nail holes and patched them as well as a few others that might be a problem in the future had he not done so. Overall a great experience.
